CEO Retreat

CEOs of grantee organizations are invited to a two-day retreat at the Oakwood Resort. As a nonprofit CEO, you have dedicated yourself to a higher calling– stewarding your organization for the benefit of Allen County citizens. This work is intellectually, emotionally, and physically demanding. There are days when it requires all you have to give, and then some.

This CEO Retreat is envisioned as a place for reflection and renewal. It is a tangible reminder of your worth and the critical value of your work.

We invite you to change gears from your fast-paced, urgent day-to-day work to a mode of self-reflection, connection, growth, and renewal. We hope that when you leave here, you will leave with new inspiration, new tools, and new energy to sustain yourself in this work. We hope you will be reminded how much the work you do matters and how much you are valued.

This event is first come, first served, and registration will fill up quickly. Register now to reserve your spot through the link below.
