Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab was a training program for executive and rising nonprofit leaders in Allen County. Its innovative approach helped nonprofit leaders develop adaptive leadership skills through in-person and out-of-classroom work, plus experiential learning opportunities.

Leadership Lab programs were nine-month programs that:

  • were tailored to the experience levels of executive and rising leaders.

  • were focused on building adaptive leadership skills.

  • intentionally included a small cohort, allowing leaders to dive deeper and be vulnerable with each other.

  • included all-day in-person sessions once a month, as well as out-of-classroom work and experiential learning opportunities.

  • included one-on-one executive coaching outside of monthly sessions.
