She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and Economics from Connecticut College and a Grant Administration Certification from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Terry is a Certified Administrative Professional through IAAP with additional designations in Human Resources, Office Management, Records Management, and Technical Applications. She has worked in the nonprofit sector since 1999, and in her role at the Foundation, she provides comprehensive support to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. Terry also oversees the Foundation’s IT management and building and data security. She has two sons, four grandchildren, and three very loving (and “entitled”) cats.

Sarah Strimmenos

President and CEO

Sarah’s experience includes nearly thirty years in the accounting and banking industry before she became the President and CEO of Foellinger Foundation in 2024. Her history with the Foundation dates back 25 years, managing the audit as a CPA at an independent firm for 10 years. She later served on various Foellinger Foundation committees and the board of directors. An avid community advocate, she has dedicated her time to various nonprofit boards, committees, and other volunteer efforts, and believes in their ability to create meaningful change for Allen County residents. A native of Allen County, Sarah enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending Lake Pleasant summers with family and friends.
